Buy Back Policy

The company will buy back as per its buy back policy to the distributor who is resigning from the distributorship and returning any goods provided that the products are in good condition, useable, resalable, restock able, unopened, unaltered and the shelf life of the goods have not expired. The product invoice should be within 30 days from the date of purchase. After approval, the amount refunded will be equal to distributor cost of the product being returned, less total bonus paid out by the company on the original purchase and less 10% service charges. The distributors are requested to buy products that they can reasonably sell within 30 days period.

The following conditions apply

• That the first party agrees to allow the cooling off period of 30 days from the date of purchase/signing of Contract in order to cancel the agreement and to receive refund for goods or services purchased according to the buyback policy of the company.
• The First party agrees to allow buyback / exchange of goods within 30 days of purchase of product as per the refund policies of the company.

Exchange Policy

All products are checked for quality before dispatch. While we use our best efforts to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect conditions. All products are checked for quality before dispatch.The products may get damaged in the delivery process as a rare case.In case of dissatisfaction, packaging, defects, damaged products, please return products by simply following our comany's product return policy.

Cancellation Of Order Before Dispatch
