INGREDIENTS:It is a perfectblend of 22 spices which are - Coriander, red chili, cumin, chana daal,turmeric, black paper, Asafoetida, fenugreek, dry ginger, caraway, tamarind,jaggery, star anise, cassia leaf, clove, cinnamon, curry leaf, mace, nut meg,black cardamom, salt, urad daal.

Method of useand instructions:

1-Take a vessel cook daal with salt, till it becomescompletely soft until no grains remain in it.

2- Heat oil in a saucepan and addthe mustard seeds with onions and vegetables, cook till vegetables are   completely soft. After the vegetable is completely cooked, add tamarind waterto it.Turn around 2-3 times, and then add daal mixture.

3- Inplace of red chili, turmeric, coriander, and hot spices, add “Ready SambharMasala” in the ratio given below. To make 100 gm. of sambhar (cook sambhar for2 people) add 1 tsp. If it is less spicy then add 2 tsp. to make it spicier.

4-Bring to aboil,and then cook on a low flame for 5 minutes, Serve hot garnished withcoriander leaves.
